Check-in begins at 4PM and check-out is 11AM Alaska Standard Time (AST). Please note that we are unable to offer late check-outs during the summer months (mid-May through mid-September).
Yes. We offer a complimentary, 24-hour shuttle service for arriving and departing guests at Fairbanks International Airport and the Alaska Railroad Depot. Groups must make own arrangements.

Wedgewood Resort is located at 212 Wedgewood Drive in east Fairbanks, near the University of Alaska Fairbanks and 5 minutes from downtown.
The distance from us to the airport is 5.5 miles; please allow 15 minutes for travel time.
Sophie Station Suites is located at 1717 University Avenue in west Fairbanks, near the airport and University of Alaska Fairbanks. The distance from us to the airport is 2.8 miles; please allow 10 minutes for travel time.
Bear Lodge is located at 325 Wedgewood Drive in east Fairbanks, near the University of Alaska Fairbanks and 5 minutes from downtown. The distance from us to the airport is 5.5 miles; please allow 15 minutes for travel time.
Yes. Parking is complimentary.
Yes. We are available 24/7 to assist you during your stay.
No. We offer complimentary wireless internet access in all rooms and public areas of our hotels. We also have a public computer and printer available.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations that occur with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a penalty fee equivalent of one night's stay at the applicable rate.
No. There is a $500 fee for violation of our smoking policy. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping in the guest rooms and/or balconies. Designated smoking areas are located around the properties.
Yes. Please check with the Front Desk for hours and to purchase tokens and detergent. An iron and ironing board are available in each guest room. Dry cleaning services are also available!
No, we do not offer a complimentary breakfast at this time.
No pets are allowed, with the exception of ADA service animals.
At least one guest per room must be 21+ years of age, unless prior approval is received from management. Consideration for reservations for persons under 21 is made on a case-by-case basis.
While we do not currently offer a Government Rate, when booking, please use the ‘Rate Plan’ dropdown to see if a special rate can be applied. You can also call us directly at 800.528.4916 with help booking your reservation. PLEASE BOOK WITH US DIRECTLY TO RESERVE YOUR SPECIAL RATE.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the pricing from other websites once you’ve reserved with them.

In order to be tax-exempt, the room must be paid for directly by a government agency or organization granted tax-exempt status by the IRS, or the stay must be a minimum of 30 days.
Please expect to provide proof of tax-exempt status. We accept government-issued checks, credit cards, purchase orders, and IRS letters proving tax-exempt status. State letters of tax-exempt status are not applicable.
