Since 1987, Zach’s Restaurant and Lounge have been providing travelers and locals with a unique dining experience. A favorite location for Fairbanksans in the know, Zach’s combines ease with elegance - and deliciousness. Enjoy either the Zach's Restaurant dining room or the Lounge, both located on the second floor.

Current Hours

Winter 2024-2025 (Sept 13 - mid-May 2025)

  • Brunch - Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Dinner & Drinks - Monday - Sunday: 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
    • Kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m.

The front desk also offers a variety of snacks and grab-and-go items. Homemade breakfast burritos are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Serving our amazing guests since 1987!

  • Curbside Express: You don't have to come in, we will deliver it to your car at our front door! Your transaction is handled over the phone via debit or credit card.
  • Dine-in by Walk-in or Reservation: In the Summer, seating is available on our outside balcony as well.
  • Room Service for Guests:  Room service includes our full menu in addition to all beverages. Grab-and-Go meals can be pre-ordered and arranged with the front desk.
